Please note we have changed our meeting location for this Monday to the Torrance Volunteer Center at 1230 Cravens Ave., Torrance, CA, (main Conference Room) to give us a bigger space. This is across the street from our usual meeting space at Torrance One-Stop.
Wendy Hohn, Business Development Manager
Born and raised in beachy Santa Monica, California, Wendy launched her sales career in Entertainment Advertising & Marketing, where she spent the majority of her career managing and growing relationships with entertainment studios, advertising agencies, and marketing firms. Her keen ability to negotiate and license intellectual property for use in different media formats helped propel her to continued years of success and awarded her numerous recognitions and President’s Club Awards. Wendy’s desire for continued growth and exploration of emerging markets with an emphasis in helping others, led her to join Ajilon Professional Staffing. Here she has used her unique perspective as a Los Angeles native and works closely with companies in the Silicon Beach cities of the South Bay. Her transparent approach to partnering companies with amazing talent has been very successful and often reminds clients of how satisfying it is to have this type of impact in people’s lives. In her free time, Wendy loves spending time with her husband, 2 young sons, and family. She is a devoted Los Angeles Kings Hockey fan, and loves watching her husband play beer-league hockey and her sons following in his footsteps. She also enjoys hosting get-togethers, game nights, music, cooking, volunteering and traveling.
Laura Stevenson, Staffing Manager
Born in Indiana and Raised in New York, Laura Stevenson graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a degree in Psychology. She has been recruiting for over four years and started in the Torrance Accounting Principals office in October of 2016. Laura started as a Staff Recruiter and worked her way up to Staffing Manager within a year. She relishes the moments where she can call her candidates and tell them “You got the job”. In her free time, Laura enjoys drinking coffee, hiking and spending time with her huskies and friends.
