SBPA offers professional networking resources, training, advice, and peer support to members in their job search.
The South Bay Professional Association (SBPA) is the Torrance Chapter of Experience Unlimited (EU) sponsored by Employment Development Department (EDD). SBPA is a peer support and networking organization comprised of professional, managerial, and technical people with industry expertise who find themselves back in the job market. Working together, members support each other to identify employment opportunities.
To provide a forum where members can share information, ideas, and networking contacts to secure employment.
SBPA meets twice per week (Mondays 9 am to noon; Wednesdays 10 am to noon) at the Torrance EDD/1-Stop office (1220 Engracia Avenue, Torrance, CA). Meetings are open to the public. Click here to see a list of upcoming speakers and topics.
New Member Orientation
New member orientation is held the third Wednesday of every month from 9:00 am to noon.
