Member Spotlight: Sadhna Singh

This month our SBPA Member Spotlight shines on Sadhna Singh!
As a SBPA member, Sadhna currently serves Training Chair of SBPA and has been leading several Wednesday Executive Workshop Series.

Sadhna Singh, a trailblazing force in the financial services industry. With over 25 years of experience, She has held numerous leadership positions, including Director and Regional Manager of OneWest Bank, where she led 23 branches in the Los Angeles region. Throughout her career, Sadhna has remained steadfast in her commitment to empowering local businesses and promoting financial literacy in the communities she serves. Her exceptional leadership skills have resulted in increased productivity, reduced expenses, and a reputation for operational excellence. 

Sadhna’s passion for personal development is equally impressive. She holds Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the National University and has earned a certificate in Women’s Leadership from UCLA. She has also facilitated classes for the Art of Leadership program. Her dedication to growth and learning has earned her the Extraordinary Community Leader Award. Born in India, Sadhna now calls Torrance home, where she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and vast network of friends and family. In her free time, she finds balance through golf, yoga, and meditation.

Sadhna’s commitment to giving back extends beyond her professional accomplishments. She is eager to lend her expertise to the SBPA and has expressed a desire to lead workshops and identify the organization’s needs. She firmly believes that the SBPA has the potential to reach greater heights, and is passionate about promoting its visibility to others. As a member of the SBPA, Sadhna’s contributions will help the organization continue to flourish.
